Hope HNYK gewinnt VEVA und vertritt am 4.4.2017 Wien beim Bundeswettbewerb CEBS in Linz

We are proud to announce that one of our students, Hope Hnyk of 2AS, won this year's Vienna English Vocational Award!

The VEVA is an English language contest for vocational students in Vienna. Each vocational school can nominate two candidates. This year, 31 very talented contestants signed up to compete with each other. In front of juries, they introduced themselves and their jobs, reported about a website research and gave their opinions. In pairs, the 6 finalists carried out team-oriented discussions in front of the entire audience. It's an exciting day that celebrates the extraordinary skills of our students! And the winner is Hope! The vocational school for retailing and IT assistants is delighted to have such talent in our midst.

Hope is also going to represent us at the nation-wide language contest CEBS in Linz on 4th of April.

Hope:

"I had a blast! The organisation was on point and I want to thank everyone who worked so hard on this event. I've met so many people, and some of them I now call my friends. I had a really great time! I recommend this event to everyone with good English skills. Don't miss out if you have the opportunity of going there, don't be shy. I was hesistant at first too, didn't think I should go, but I'm glad I took the chance. I also really want to thank all of my supportive teachers and everyone who believed in me!"
